I am extremely disappointed at a company that is so focused on advertisement instead of the customers they are targeting. I guess I can only hope that they are eventually sent because it seems there would definitely be no way to get a hold of them to be reimbursed. I have emailed every email address I can find for the place. I heard great things about the product so I really want the product, but thought I would post on here also so that it was on the internet what a bad business they are doing. I went on their website and the ordering section was not working. I'm kind of thinking they might have gone out of business. :( I don't know for sure, but I don't know what else to think, plus some people on Youtube were kind of saying that this company wasn't terrific. So, that makes me think even more something screwy is happening. I guess I'll have to email them and ask them where is my order. Hope everything works out for you though..
